I called Mel's with an unusual request. I had purchased new Area rug and new power recliner couch. When the couch was delivered and put onto Area rug it created waves in the rug. I asked Mel if there was anyway to get rid of those. He said there were a few ways to get those out by stretching the rug and possibly tacking rug into place. I had laminate floors and didn't care about tacking into place. He arrived as scheduled and stretched with power stretcher and tacked into place. Ted not only did a fabulous job on my 24-year-old carpet, he was professional and knowledgeable. Actually probably saved me from replacing a house full of carpeting. I decided while he was here to add in cleaning a recliner. It looks fabulous too
